Great Things Are Growing In Yorktown

Voted the #3 market in Indiana

The Yorktown Farm and Artisan Market is a year-round farm, food, and artisan market in beautiful Yorktown, IN. Nestled amongst the trees in the Walnut Grove in Morrow’s Meadow Park is where you’ll find our regular season market during May-October. The park has several playgrounds, trails, and is the launching site for kayak trips on the White River, making it the perfect location for our market. In addition to our regular weekly vendors, we have a Young Entrepreneur program, live music, food trucks, monthly car shows, and opportunities to get involved in Yorktown.

We also host a monthly Winter Market November-April and pop-ups in partnership with local businesses throughout the year. We love that our market has become a place for our community to connect with each other and a place for small businesses to grow.

Our application is through an application platform called FarmSpread/MarketSpread. The application is a two-step process. The first step is to create a vendor profile. This makes it so you are searchable by market managers across the country who are looking for an amazing vendor. The second step is to complete our application. If you have any questions or difficulties with this process, please reach out to FarmSpread/MarketSpread.

The Application to become a Young Entrepreneur Marketplace Vendor will be available soon.

Planting Seeds

Not only do the wonderful farmers who feed us literally plant seeds, but we believe that an active and vibrant farmers market can be the perfect place to plant and cultivate seeds of change in a community: a change of habit, a change of thought, a change of perspective, and more...

Growing Community

We believe that communities grow through connection. We work hard to create a spaces within our market for people to gather together to listen to music, share a meal, meet a new friend, and support local farm, food, and artisan vendors. We also intentionally partner with the local business community, the chamber of commerce, the town of Yorktown, various school groups, arts initiatives, and other community groups.

Supporting Entrepreneurs

The shape and character of a community is often defined by the businesses within it. We believe the Yorktown Farmers Market is the perfect place for home grown Hoosier entrepreneurs from our community to pursue their passions and dreams to meet the needs of our town. Our market vendors and young entrepreneurs are a vital part of our business local community.
